Startup Culture Code is intended to be reused, cited, translated, adapted, and improved with clear attribution and versioned stewardship.

Recommendation: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International, CC BY-SA 4.0.
CC BY-SA gives founders, accelerators, educators, and teams practical freedom to use the framework while requiring attribution and keeping derivatives open under the same terms. CC BY is simpler but allows closed derivatives. CC BY-NC-SA is more restrictive and may create ambiguity for legitimate startup and educational use.
Reuse
You may quote, discuss, teach, adapt, and translate the framework with attribution to Startup Culture Code and Utpal "UV" Vaishnav.

Credit the framework name, creator, and canonical URL: https://startupculturecode.org/.
Contributions
Useful contributions clarify definitions, improve practical examples, add translation quality, and strengthen use cases without diluting the core code.

The canonical version is the version published on this domain. Material changes should be documented in the changelog.
